retreat overview

This three-day retreat brings together the transformative practices of Frequency Breathwork, Kundalini yoga, sound healing, and a sacred Blue Lotus ceremony. Designed as a trauma-informed and supportive environment, it invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and access deeper layers of awareness through breath and presence.

At the heart of the experience is conscious, connected breath — a somatic practice that gently releases stored tension and restores the nervous system’s natural state of balance and resilience. Supported by nature, ritual, and community, each element of the retreat creates space for integration, reflection, and a return to your own inner intelligence.

1Day

Arrival & Opening

Guests arrive at Diamond Rose Sanctuary and settle into the space, surrounded by the quiet of the wetlands and the ocean air. The retreat begins with a gentle opening circle where we meet one another, set intentions and attune to the land that will hold us for the coming days.

In the evening, Vivian guides the group through a deep breathwork journey designed to open the body and nervous system, allowing the mind to soften and the heart to become more receptive. Afterward, we gather for a nourishing home-cooked meal and quiet conversation, creating the foundation of trust and connection that will support the deeper work ahead.

2Day

Deep Practice

The second day is dedicated to going deeper into the practices. We begin the morning with breathwork, allowing the body to release held patterns and the nervous system to recalibrate in a safe and supportive container.

Throughout the day we move between different forms of healing and ceremony. Guests are invited to experience the sauna and cold plunge, reconnecting with the elements of fire and water and the natural intelligence of the body.

In the afternoon we enter sacred ceremony and sound, creating a space where the mind quiets and deeper layers of awareness can emerge. The day closes with integration, reflection and shared time together under the evening sky.

3Day

Integration

The final morning begins slowly, allowing the insights and experiences of the previous days to settle into the body. A gentle movement or breath practice helps bring clarity and grounding after the depth of the retreat.

After breakfast, we gather for a closing circle where participants are invited to reflect, share and integrate what has unfolded during the retreat. This moment helps bridge the experience of the sanctuary with everyday life, supporting each person in carrying their insights and renewed energy forward.

We close the weekend with gratitude for the land, the community that formed here, and the deeper connection to ourselves that this space makes possible.

practices& ceremonies

The retreat unfolds through a sequence of practices that support release, renewal and deeper connection. Breathwork, ceremony, movement and time with the elements work together to create a container for healing and transformation.

Breathwork Journey

Breathwork Journey

At the heart of the retreat is Frequency Breathwork, a somatic practice that works directly with the nervous system. Through conscious connected breathing, the body is invited to release held tension and emotional patterns, allowing deeper states of awareness and regulation to emerge.

Blue Lotus Ceremony and Sound Bath

Blue Lotus Ceremony and Sound Bath

Sacred ceremony and sound create a container where participants can slow down and listen inward. Through ritual and vibrational practices, the space becomes one of reflection, openness and connection.

Kundalini Yoga & Movement

Kundalini Yoga & Movement

Practices such as Kundalini yoga invite the body into gentle movement that awakens and circulates life energy. Through breath, rhythm and intentional sequences, these practices help open areas of tension, restore balance within the nervous system and reconnect participants with the natural intelligence of the body.

Fire Ceremony

Fire Ceremony

Sauna and cold plunge offer a powerful encounter with the elemental forces of fire and water. Moving between heat and cold stimulates circulation, supports detoxification and helps the nervous system recalibrate.

Return to Yourself

Return to Yourself

A retreat designed to create space — for stillness, for awareness, and for realignment. Through intentional practices and time with the elements, you are invited to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your natural rhythm.

our values

The PrinciplesThat Guide Us

Sovereignty

Sovereignty

Each participant is invited to honor their own inner wisdom and move at the pace that feels true for them. We believe that healing unfolds most naturally when each person has the agency to listen to their body and follow their own rhythm.

Respect for the body

Respect for the body

Each person is encouraged to listen to their own body and move at their own pace. All practices are invitations, not expectations.

Connection to nature

Connection to nature

The land itself is an essential part of the retreat experience. Time spent in nature helps restore balance and reconnect us with the rhythms of the natural world.

Community

Community

Transformation often happens in relationship. By gathering in a small group, we create a supportive container where participants can feel seen, heard and held.
