The Alchemist
A three-day immersive retreat exploring consciousness, embodied healing, and multidimensional awareness. Through hands-on energy work, breathwork journeys, and sacred teachings, participants are guided into deeper alignment with their inner design.
We will gather to embody higher levels of consciousness. In this sacred space, we release, renew, and reclaim our vitality—honoring the body, listening to the spirit, and reconnecting with the infinite abundance within.
Arrival & Opening
The Alchemist is an intimate three-day immersion guided by Maraya Forrest, where nature, breath, and multidimensional healing converge. This opening invites you into a living field of transformation, where the laws of nature and the divine intelligence of your soul’s forward evolution begin to reveal themselves.
We open the container on Friday with a guided breathwork journey facilitated by Vivian Rosenthal, softening the nervous system and preparing the body to enter expanded states of consciousness. As the journey unfolds, Maraya weaves in hands-on healing while singing the codes of creation of the Elohim, activating deeper layers of remembrance within the body and field, initiating you into the path of alchemy and awakening your multidimensional awareness.
Deep Practice
Saturday is a full immersion into becoming the alchemist. Through deeper breathwork journeys and transcendental states, Maraya works within your field, perceiving past lifetimes and timelines, clearing karmic imprints, and restoring energetic coherence.
As you move through these expanded states, she teaches the core principles of alchemy: the importance of orientation as we awaken to being multidimensional, the structure of the nine dimensions and the foundational role of the first two, and the Three Fold Flame or Fleur-de-lis as a key to uniting with your King and Queen archetypal timelines. The symbolic language of creation reveals itself through the colors of sunrise and sunset and the Lotus Flower as a sacred design guiding our evolution.
Integration
Sunday offers a continued deepening of the work through further journeying, analysis, and integration. With additional guided processes and intuitive insight, you are supported in weaving together the threads of your experience, anchoring clarity, coherence, and embodiment within your multidimensional nature.
This final day allows the alchemical process to settle into the body and being, integrating the principles of nature and soul evolution into lived awareness, so that what has been opened is not only understood, but embodied and carried forward into your life.
practices& ceremonies
The retreat unfolds through a sequence of practices that support release, renewal and deeper connection. Breathwork, ceremony, movement and time with the elements work together to create a container for healing and transformation.

Breathwork Journey
At the heart of the retreat is Frequency Breathwork, a somatic practice that works directly with the nervous system. Through conscious connected breathing, the body is invited to release held tension and emotional patterns, allowing deeper states of awareness and regulation to emerge.

Blue Lotus Ceremony and Sound Bath
Sacred ceremony and sound create a container where participants can slow down and listen inward. Through ritual and vibrational practices, the space becomes one of reflection, openness and connection.

Kundalini Yoga & Movement
Practices such as Kundalini yoga invite the body into gentle movement that awakens and circulates life energy. Through breath, rhythm and intentional sequences, these practices help open areas of tension, restore balance within the nervous system and reconnect participants with the natural intelligence of the body.

Fire Ceremony
Sauna and cold plunge offer a powerful encounter with the elemental forces of fire and water. Moving between heat and cold stimulates circulation, supports detoxification and helps the nervous system recalibrate.

A Place to Slow Down
Throughout the retreat, you are invited to walk the forest trails, dive into the cool ocean waters, sit upon the ancient rocks, and gather around the fire beneath the open sky. Here, the land becomes part of the journey — the rhythm of the ocean, the whisper of wind through the trees, and the quiet stillness of the earth guiding you gently back to yourself.
There is space to wander, to breathe deeply, to listen. To feel the ground beneath your feet and remember the simple intelligence of being alive. In this quiet embrace of nature, the rhythms of the land soften the nervous system and open the heart. The ocean, the wind, the trees, and the ancient stones hold a steady presence — gently cradling your soul’s rebirth.

The PrinciplesThat Guide Us
Sovereignty
Each participant is invited to honor their own inner wisdom and move at the pace that feels true for them. We believe that healing unfolds most naturally when each person has the agency to listen to their body and follow their own rhythm.
Respect for the body
Each person is encouraged to listen to their own body and move at their own pace. All practices are invitations, not expectations.
Connection to nature
The land itself is an essential part of the retreat experience. Time spent in nature helps restore balance and reconnect us with the rhythms of the natural world.
Community
Transformation often happens in relationship. By gathering in a small group, we create a supportive container where participants can feel seen, heard and held.
